Gorselands is located in the beautiful countryside of the New Forest and is a privately owned elegant country house-style nursing home which has been recently renovated and extended to provide accommodation for 37 residents.

The newly built wing offers ten luxury en-suite bedrooms with unsurpassed garden views.

Our aim is to provide 24 hour care and attention to those who wish to spend their retirement in a secure and caring atmosphere, respecting privacy and maintaining independence and dignity. We have a team of experienced staff providing the highest standards of nursing practice.

Gorselands Nursing Home specialises in quality care of the elderly, providing a wide range of care:-
  • Personal nursing care, maximising each person’s potential for health improvement, promoting a positive self image and self worth
  • Convalescent or post-operative care
  • Short term care for people recovering from an illness, accident, or surgical operation
  • Palliative care ,working with local GP’s and specialist Palliative Care Nurses providing nursing care to people whose health is very frail
